This month, Stephanie Soleta, Dodge’s Customer Experience and Network Relationship Manager, attended the 2026 Learning Conference, held March 3–5 at Union Station in downtown St. Louis. The annual event featured breakout sessions on a wide variety of topics, including claims, marketing, and customer service.

The conference also offered valuable networking opportunities that helped strengthen existing partnerships and build new ones with United and Mayflower agency representatives. Stephanie is pictured here with Julie Torres of The Armstrong Company, who received the UniGroup 2026 Operational Excellence Award during the event.

Attendees also participated in philanthropic activities, including a meal kit–building project for the JB Patriot Pantry at Jefferson Barracks. Together, participants assembled 500 kits, enough to feed approximately 2,000 people. This year’s recipes featured Healthy Lentil Soup and Quinoa Pilaf, and Dodge played a key role in transporting both the food ingredients to Union Station and the completed kits to the pantry.

When asked about the purpose of the Learning Conference, Dawn Woodruff, UniGroup Brand and Event Specialist, described it as “the perfect opportunity for agent members to meet in person, celebrate successes, and connect with like‑minded relocation professionals while attending sessions on a variety of industry topics.”

Explaining the 2026 theme, “Experience Driven, Future Powered,” she added that it “highlights the balance between proven expertise and forward momentum. ‘Experience Driven’ honors the insights, lessons, and successes that have brought us here, while ‘Future Powered’ challenges us to apply that knowledge to emerging opportunities, new technologies, and evolving expectations.”

Stephanie returned from the conference with several new training modules and updated information—from Move Coordinator insights to Sales updates and upcoming hauling expectations for 2026.

Thank you, UniGroup, for another inspiring and productive Learning Conference! We’re excited for everything 2026 has in store.
