The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous 24 question survey measures several aspects of workplace culture: confidence in leadership…feeling appreciated at work…recognizing strong company values…clear direction where the company is headed…and developing engaged, productive workers, just to name a few.
